Trade Recruit is proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of our prestigious clients based in Croydon, who are seeking a skilled Freelance Air Conditioning Engineer to support ongoing projects across the local region. This role is suited to an experienced engineer who is confident working independently and delivering high-quality work across residential and light commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, servicing and maintenance of air conditioning systems
- Fault finding and repair of AC units
- Ensuring all work is carried out in line with current health & safety and industry regulations
- Completing job sheets and related documentation accurately
- Managing your own workload while maintaining high standards on site
Requirements – Essential
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working as an Air Conditioning Engineer
- Valid F-Gas qualification (essential)
- Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems
- Proven ability to fault find and resolve issues efficiently
- Own tools and PPE
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work on a freelance / self-employed basis

- Location: Croydon and surrounding areas
- Work Pattern: Freelance / Contract
- Duration: Ongoing, project-based work
Pay
- £220 per day, depending on experience and scope of works
