Solar Sales Executive 3% Commission

Trade Recruit is proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of our prestigious clients based in West & North Yorkshire.

We’re looking for an experienced Solar Sales professional to join a growing renewable energy company based in Yorkshire. You’ll take full ownership of your projects — from designing bespoke solar, battery and EV solutions to nurturing leads through to a closed sale. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is self-driven, target-focused, and passionate about renewable energy.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Manage your sale pipeline using our CRM system, contacting and nurturing leads from first contact through to sale

· Design and present tailored solar, battery and EV solutions for each customer

· Conduct site visits across West and North Yorkshire to survey properties and close deals

· Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales journey

· Work towards and achieve monthly sales targets

What We’re Looking For

· Proven sales experience in the renewable energy sector with a strong track record of closing deals

· Experience working with solar design software

· Confident managing your own workload and pipeline independently

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

What You’ll Get

· £25,000 base salary + 3% commission

· 28 days holiday including bank holidays + 1 Your Birthday off each year (29days total)
