Field Sales Executive – (Warm Leads)

Trade Recruit is proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of our prestigious clients based in Teesside.

SGS Windows is a well-established and growing business with an excellent local reputation for quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a motivated and driven Salesperson who is eager to earn well, close deals, and grow alongside the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced salesperson seeking autonomy, flexibility, and genuine long-term progression into a Sales Manager position as the company continues to expand.

The Role

You will work with warm, company-provided leads, visiting customers at their homes to provide quotations, secure deposits, and close sales.

Full product training will be provided, so previous window industry experience is not essential, strong sales ability and the right attitude are what matter most.

Key Responsibilities

• Following up and managing company-provided leads
• Visiting residential customers at times convenient to them
• Understanding customer requirements and presenting professional quotations
• Confidently closing sales and securing deposits
• Accurately pricing jobs in line with company guidelines
• Delivering an excellent customer experience from initial enquiry through to sale completion
• Representing SGS Windows professionally and maintaining the company’s strong reputation

Requirements
Essential:

• Minimum 3 years’ sales experience (field sales or face-to-face preferred)
• Strong closing skills with a target-driven mindset
• Full UK driving licence
• Own transport
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible approach to working hours based around customer availability

Desirable:

• Previous field sales or estimating experience
• Background in home improvements, construction, or window sales (preferred but not essential)

Salary & Benefits

• £26,000 basic salary
• 5% commission on all business sold

• Teesside
• Full-time position
• Flexible start and finish times
• Monday to Friday, with overtime and weekend availability
