Trade Recruit is proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of our prestigious clients based in Weston‑super‑Mare.

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join a well‑established business specialising in high‑quality domestic and commercial carpentry works. This is a fantastic opportunity for a tradesperson who values precision, takes pride in craftsmanship and can work independently across a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out first‑fix and second‑fix carpentry to a high standard
• Install doors, skirting, architraves, flooring and general joinery
• Work on refurbishment, maintenance and new‑build projects
• Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately and on schedule
• Communicate clearly with clients, supervisors and team members
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Requirements

Must‑Have

• Minimum 5 years’ carpentry experience
• Strong skills in both first‑fix and second‑fix work
• Own transport and full UK driving licence
• Own tools
• Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality workmanship
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills

Desirable

• CSCS card
• Experience working on residential refurbishments or commercial fit‑outs
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
