ADI Driving Instructor

Trade Recruit is proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of our prestigious clients based in Bury St Edmunds, who are looking to appoint a Full‑Time ADI Driving Instructor to support growing learner demand across the local area.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality driving lessons to learners of varying abilities
• Provide instruction in manual and/or automatic vehicles
• Maintain a professional, patient and encouraging learning environment
• Manage lessons efficiently within a 15–20 mile radius of Bury St Edmunds
• Uphold DVSA standards and company values at all times

Requirements

Essential

• Fully qualified ADI (Approved Driving Instructor)
• Clean Full UK driving licence is desirable
• Strong communication and customer‑focused approach
• Ability to work full time, 5 days per week

Desirable

• Experience teaching both manual and automatic vehicles
• Previous experience working with a high learner volume

Salary & Benefits

• 30,000 to 40,000 dependant on experience and licence categories
• Overtime available

• Based in Bury St Edmunds
