Air-to-Air Sales Consultant

We’re searching for a motivated and technically minded Air-to-Air Sales Consultant to join a growing, well-established team. This field-based position involves attending pre-booked appointments in customers’ homes, conducting thorough site surveys, and recommending tailored air-to-air solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend in-home customer appointments across the Home Counties
• Complete technical site surveys and assess installation requirements
• Design and recommend suitable air-to-air systems
• Prepare and present clear, professional quotations
• Close sales using a consultative, customer‑focused approach
• Record accurate survey details for the installation team
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and uphold company reputation

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• A confident communicator with excellent people skills
• Sales‑driven but never pushy – consultative approach is key
• Technically minded and comfortable conducting site surveys
• Organised, professional and detail‑focused
• Able to work independently across a field-based patch
• In possession of a full UK driving licence

Highly desirable experience:
HVAC, heating, renewables, air conditioning, or technical home improvements.
However, applicants with strong consultative sales experience and technical aptitude will also be considered.
