Appointment Setter

Trade Recruit is proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of our prestigious clients based in South East London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Appointment Setter to join a fast‑growing, performance‑driven business. You will be responsible for making outbound sales calls and booking high‑quality, qualified appointments, playing a key role in the company’s growth.

This is a full‑time, Monday to Friday role, ideal for confident, target‑driven professionals who enjoy working in a results‑focused environment with clear earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients
• Qualify leads and book high‑quality appointments
• Consistently meet and exceed appointment‑booking targets
• Accurately update records and appointment details
• Represent the company professionally on every call

Requirements

Must‑have

• Minimum 2 years’ experience making outbound sales calls or appointment setting
• Strong communication and objection‑handling skills
• Confident, persuasive telephone manner
• Self‑motivated and target‑driven

Nice‑to‑have

• Experience booking qualified appointments for B2B or service‑based businesses
• Familiarity with CRM systems or diallers

Salary & Commission

• £1,000 per month basic
• £30 commission per qualified appointment booked
• Top performers achieve 80+ appointments per month, significantly boosting earnings
• First 3 months on a freelance basis, moving to PAYE after 3 months

Location & Working Pattern

• Location: South East / London, office based
• Hours: Full‑time, Monday to Friday
• Working Pattern: 8 hours per day
