Role Overview

We are looking for an accomplished and strategic COO with a proven track record of taking businesses from 7 to 8 figures. This role is central to scaling our operations, driving organisational excellence, and ensuring we continue to deliver life-changing results for our customers. You will work closely with the CEO and executive team to shape the future direction of the company and build a world-class operational engine.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership

  • Partner with the executive team to refine and execute the company’s long-term strategic vision.
  • Develop high-impact strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability.

Operational Excellence

  • Lead and optimise all day-to-day operational functions across the organisation.
  • Build scalable systems, processes, and workflows that support rapid growth.
  • Establish and track KPIs, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous performance improvement.

Business Development

  • Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and market diversification.
  • Lead negotiation and execution of strategic agreements that support company objectives.

Financial Management

  • Work closely with the finance team to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
  • Monitor performance against financial targets and implement corrective measures where needed.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Inspire, mentor, and lead the operations team to ensure high performance and accountability.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional talent to support company growth.
  • Foster an innovative and collaborative culture across all departments.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with investors, partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Represent Trade Mastermind externally with professionalism and credibility.

Risk & Compliance

  • Identify operational and strategic risks, implementing plans to mitigate them.
  • Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in senior leadership roles, ideally scaling businesses from 7 to 8 figures.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
  • Excellent financial acumen, with experience across budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management.
  • Proven ability to lead, influence, and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly analytical with a data-first approach to decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
