Gas Engineer

Trade Recruit is proud to be working with a well-established and respected business that is looking to expand its team with an experienced Gas Engineer in the Chesterfield area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to join a stable company with a strong reputation in the local area. You will be working across a variety of domestic properties, carrying out installations, servicing, and repairs, while maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer care.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation of domestic gas boilers and heating systems
• Servicing and routine maintenance of gas appliances
• Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with current regulations and safety standards
• Completing job reports and relevant documentation
• Providing a high level of customer service and representing the company professionally

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Gas Engineer
• Gas Safe Registered (essential)
• Strong knowledge of domestic heating systems and fault finding
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Full UK driving licence
• Professional, reliable, and safety-focused attitude
