Installation Manager – Bathrooms & Kitchens

Our client is a well‑established and growing specialist in high‑quality domestic bathroom and kitchen installations. They are now seeking an experienced Installation Manager to oversee projects from handover through to completion, ensuring exceptional standards, smooth delivery, and outstanding customer satisfaction.

This is a senior, hands‑on role, ideally suited to a professional with 10+ years’ experience managing domestic bathroom and kitchen installations.

About the Role

You will manage installations within private residential properties, working closely with homeowners, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard.

Depending on the project, you may liaise with customers via a showroom environment or directly in homeowners’ properties, acting as the main point of contact throughout the installation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage domestic bathroom and kitchen installations only from initial handover to final completion
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades on site
• Act as the main point of contact for homeowners throughout the installation process
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to company quality standards
• Proactively resolve onsite issues, defects, and snagging
• Monitor performance against KPIs including quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction
• Maintain professionalism and protect the company’s reputation at all times

Requirements

Must‑Have

• Minimum 10 years’ experience managing domestic bathroom and/or kitchen installations
• Proven experience managing multiple residential installations simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of installation processes, quality control, and snagging
• Excellent customer‑facing and communication skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors and resolve issues efficiently
• Full UK driving licence

Nice‑to‑Have

• Experience working with high‑end or bespoke domestic projects
• Background in a fast‑paced residential installation environment

Salary & Benefits

• £32,000 – £38,000 per year, paid monthly
• Quarterly performance bonuses linked to quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction
• Fuel card provided for business use
• 28 days holiday, including bank holidays
• Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm (flexibility required)

Location & Work Pattern

• Based from Tamworth, with travel to domestic residential sites only
• Full‑time, permanent position
