We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Case Progressor to join a busy, fast-paced, whole-of-market mortgage brokerage. This is a vital support role, working closely with a team of brokers to ensure mortgage and specialist finance cases progress smoothly from submission through to completion. You will be exposed to a broad range of cases, from standard residential mortgages through to more complex bridging, development, and commercial finance transactions, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to deepen their experience within a dynamic brokerage environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting a team of mortgage and specialist finance brokers
- Submitting mortgage applications accurately and efficiently
- Managing cases from submission through to completion
- Chasing lenders, solicitors, and clients to ensure timely progress
- Providing regular updates to clients, lenders, and solicitors
- Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls confidently
- Maintaining and updating CRM systems accurately
- Ensuring cases are progressed in a timely and efficient manner
- Working effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Supporting a whole-of-market brokerage operation
Requirements
Essential:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the mortgage or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of mortgage processing and case progression
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM systems and administrative processes
