Trade Recruit is proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of our prestigious clients based in Bury St Edmunds. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Motorcycle Instructor to join a respected and well-established motorcycle training organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional motorcycle training to CBT and/or DAS students.
• Ensure all instruction is delivered in accordance with DVSA standards and safety regulations.
• Support learners throughout their training journey with clear guidance and encouragement.
• Assess rider progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate training records and relevant documentation.
• Promote safe riding practices and a positive learning environment at all times.
• Represent the organisation professionally and provide outstanding customer service.

Requirements

Essential

• Valid qualification to deliver CBT and/or DAS motorcycle training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for motorcycling and rider development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional, reliable, and safety-focused approach.

Desirable

• Knowledge of motorcycle maintenance.
• Experience delivering both CBT and DAS training.
• Previous experience within a busy motorcycle training environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with learners.

Location & Working Pattern

Location: Bury St Edmunds

Hours:

• 40 hours per week.
• Monday to Sunday.
• Working days to be discussed and agreed at interview stage.
• Flexibility may be required to accommodate training schedules and customer demand.
