Our client, Decor Construction, is seeking a skilled Multitrader / Renderer to join their growing team. This freelance opportunity offers consistent work across a wide range of residential and commercial projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality finishes and maintaining excellent site standards.This role is ideal for an experienced tradesperson looking to apply their expertise while continuing to develop their skills in a fast-paced and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as required
- Mix and apply render using hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment
- Deliver smooth, even, high-quality finishes on walls, facades, and structures
- Support structural elements using bricklaying, masonry, and carpentry skills where needed
- Use roofing tools and welding equipment for specialised finishing tasks
- Accurately follow technical drawings and project specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe site in line with health & safety regulations
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently
Requirements
Must-Have
- Proven experience in rendering, plastering, bricklaying, or masonry
- Strong understanding of construction tools and materials
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, organised, and able to work as part of a team
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in carpentry, roofing, or welding
- Background working on residential, commercial, or industrial sites
- Familiarity with specialised construction equipment
