Trade Recruit is proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of our prestigious clients based in Bromley.

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Multi Trader to join a busy team working across residential properties within the Bromley area. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship across a range of maintenance, repair, and refurbishment projects.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, capable of working independently, and comfortable carrying out a variety of trade duties to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out a range of property maintenance and refurbishment works
• Complete carpentry, plumbing, painting, decorating, basic tiling and general repairs
• Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Communicate professionally with clients and site teams
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
• Follow project deadlines and company standards

Requirements

Essential

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Multi Trader
• Strong all-round trade skills across multiple disciplines
• Own van or reliable transport
• Own tools and equipment
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
• Excellent attention to detail
• Right to work in the UK

Desirable

• Relevant trade qualifications
• Experience working within occupied residential properties
• Strong customer service and communication skills
