Our client, PB Industrial Flooring Ltd, is a growing specialist contractor delivering high‑quality resin flooring solutions across commercial and industrial environments nationwide.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are now looking to recruit an Experienced Resin Floor Layer to join their nationwide installation team.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent long‑term work with a respected specialist contractor, working across a wide variety of commercial and industrial projects.

The Role As an Experienced Resin Floor Layer, you will be responsible for the installation of a range of resin flooring systems on projects across the UK. You will work closely with site teams to deliver high‑quality finishes while maintaining excellent standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism. The role involves nationwide travel and occasional overnight stays, depending on project location.

Key Responsibilities

• Install a variety of resin flooring systems, including coatings, PU, and MMA
• Prepare and assess substrates prior to installation
• Mix and apply resin materials accurately and safely in line with specifications
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within project deadlines
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organised condition
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a wider installation team
• Follow all site health & safety procedures and company standards
• Travel to commercial and industrial sites across the UK
• Support weekend work when required by project schedules

Requirements
Essential

• 2–3 years’ experience installing resin flooring systems
• Experience with coatings, PU, and MMA applications
• Valid CSCS Card
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Willingness to travel nationwide, including overnight stays
• Reliable, hardworking, and professional attitude

Desirable

• Experience working on commercial or industrial sites
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Pay & PackageSelf‑Employed (SE):

• £150 – £220 per day

Permanent PAYE:

• £30,000 – £42,000 per annum
