Romanian Speaking Sales Closer

Trade Recruit is proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of our prestigious clients based in the UK, a fast‑growing online fitness company helping clients transform their health, physique, and confidence through proven coaching programmes. Due to rising demand across Romania, our client is expanding their remote sales team and is seeking a driven, ambitious Romanian Speaking Sales Closer. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who thrives on closing warm inbound leads and wants uncapped earning potential in the booming online fitness industry. This role is 100% remote, offering flexibility, consistent lead flow, and ongoing training within a high‑performance sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Speak with warm inbound fitness leads from Romania (no cold calling)
• Conduct discovery and sales calls in Romanian and English via phone and video
• Build rapport, understand client goals, and recommend the most suitable fitness programme
• Confidently handle objections and guide prospects towards a decision
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain strong ongoing communication
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
• Accurately update CRM systems and maintain detailed client notes

About You
Essential Requirements

• Fluent in Romanian and English
• Previous experience in sales, closing, telesales, or high‑ticket sales (preferred)
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and results‑focused
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely

Desirable

• Interest or passion for fitness, health, or personal development
• Experience selling online services or working with inbound leads

Earnings
