The Role
You will manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to closing the deal, working directly with homeowners to bring their vision to life while maximising every sales opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing inbound and self-generated leads from enquiry through to close
- Conducting customer consultations and site visits
- Understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions
- Preparing professional quotations and proposals
- Driving conversions and maximising order values
- Managing and developing the CRM pipeline
- Building strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
- Working closely with operational teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Supporting the wider sales strategy and business growth
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience within home improvements, construction, kitchens, bathrooms, or renovations
- Strong closer with a proven ability to convert leads into revenue
- Ambitious, commercially minded, and target-driven
- Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Motivated by high earnings and career progression
- Full UK driving licence essential
What’s on Offer
- £35,000 – £45,000 basic salary depending on experience
- Uncapped commission structure paying 2%–5%
- Realistic OTE of £80,000+
