Preferably Northamptonshire based, covering all surrounding areas

You will take ownership of the full customer journey. From initial consultation through to closing the deal. Working with homeowners to bring their ideas to life while maximising every sales opportunity.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a driven, confident Sales Consultant who can take ownership of our sales approach and play a pivotal role in shaping how the business grows. You’ll stay hands-on with customers whilst influencing the wider sales strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Managing inbound and self-generated leads from initial enquiry through to close

· Conducting site visits and consultations to understand their needs and vision

· Preparing tailored, professional and compelling quotations and proposals

· Driving conversion rates and maximising order value

· Maintaining and developing the CRM pipeline

· Working closely with operations to ensure a smooth customer journey

· Contributing to and refining the overall sales strategy

· Building strong relationships that generate repeat business and referrals

What We’re Looking For

· Proven sales experience (home improvements, construction or similar is ideal)

· Strong closer, confident in converting leads and opportunities into wins

· Self‑motivated, target‑driven and commercially minded

· Practical understanding of real world delivery constraints

· Full UK driving licence
