Trade Recruit is proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of our prestigious clients based in Weston‑super‑Mare.

Our client is expanding and seeking a motivated, driven Salesperson to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong people skills and experience in sales who enjoys building relationships and representing a high‑quality construction business.

In this role, you’ll work both remotely and out in the field, meeting clients, nurturing leads, and converting opportunities. You’ll be joining a supportive team that values professionalism, trust, and delivering great service.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business and manage existing client relationships
• Attend field meetings and site visits across the region
• Prepare quotes and follow up on enquiries
• Promote the company’s services effectively
• Maintain accurate records and update systems
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Represent the business professionally at all times

Requirements

Must‑Have

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales role
• Full driving licence + own transport
• Own laptop
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable with remote and field‑based working
• Experience within construction or trades

Benefits

• £25,000 basic salary + commission
• Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
• 20 days holiday + bank holidays
• Full‑time and permanent position
