Site Foreman/Supervisor

Trade Recruit is proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of our prestigious clients based in Bromley.

We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to oversee site operations, coordinate trades, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and hands-on construction professional with at least 5 years of foreman experience who enjoys leading teams and driving project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and manage subcontractors and site teams.
• Ensure works are completed in line with project programmes, specifications, and quality standards.
• Promote and maintain a strong health and safety culture across all site activities.
• Coordinate labour, materials, plant, and equipment to maximise productivity.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship standards.
• Liaise with project managers, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve site issues efficiently to avoid delays.
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.
• Support the successful delivery of projects within budget and programme requirements.

Requirements

Essential

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a Foreman within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site management, and health & safety regulations.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate site teams.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
• Full UK driving licence.

Desirable

• First Aid at Work qualification.
• Experience across a range of construction sectors including commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
• Strong problem-solving and planning abilities.
