Skilled Labourer

Trade Recruit is proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of our prestigious clients based in Stafford, a well-established and busy landscaping company delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects.

They are looking for a Skilled Labourer with landscaping and/or construction labouring experience to support their on-site teams. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone reliable, physically fit, and experienced working on active sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with hard and soft landscaping works
• Supporting groundworks and site preparation
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials
• Assisting skilled landscapers and plant operators
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised site
• Following health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements

Essential:

• Previous experience as a landscaping or construction labourer
• Good understanding of on-site health & safety
• Own transport (due to site locations)
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

Desirable (not essential):

• Experience on landscaping or groundworks projects
• Basic tool knowledge or plant awareness

What’s on Offer

• £130 – £160 per day (depending on experience)
• Ongoing subcontract work with a reputable landscaping business
• Local projects across Stafford and surrounding areas
• Opportunity for consistent work and long-term engagement
