With solar demand accelerating and expansion into new territories underway, the company is now hiring high-performance Solar Sales Executives to help drive revenue and support the next phase of growth.

This is a serious earning opportunity in a booming market.

The Package

• £40,000 fixed basic salary
• 5% commission on all revenue generated (uncapped)
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): £184,000+
• Based on 4–5 sales per week
• Average order value: £12,000
• 20 sales per month = £240,000 revenue
• 5% commission = £12,000 per month (£144,000 per year)

The Role

As a Solar Sales Executive, you will:

• Attend pre-qualified, pre-booked appointments
• Present tailored solar PV solutions
• Demonstrate financial ROI and environmental benefits
• Close deals professionally and confidently
• Maintain CRM accuracy
• Work closely with installation teams
• Contribute directly to company growth targets

Field-based role covering High Wycombe and surrounding areas.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven field sales experience (home improvement, renewables, energy preferred)
• Strong closer with consistent target achievement
• Confident presenting in-home
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Full UK driving licence
• Solar experience preferred (training provided)
