Solar Surveyor

Trade Recruit is delighted to be working with our client in Nottinghamshire to recruit an experienced Solar surveyor. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, self-motivated sales professional who is looking for uncapped earning potential and flexible working.

As a Solar surveyor, you will be responsible for attending client appointments, carrying out surveys, presenting quotations, and securing sales for high-value construction projects. This role suits someone who is comfortable working independently and is driven by results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit clients’ properties to carry out initial surveys and build rapport.
• Take notes, measurements, and photos, uploading these onto the company portal.
• Contact clients to arrange presentation appointments.
• Present quotations and secure deposits during home visits.
• Follow up with potential clients where sales are not secured immediately.
• Manage your own diary and appointments effectively

Experience & Skills Required:

• Proven experience as a Solar surveyor
• A strong understanding of the building industry and ability to discuss technical details confidently with customers.
• Full UK driving licence
• Demonstrated ability to close sales and work to targets on a commission-only basis.
• Experience carrying out property surveys, including taking measurements, notes, and photographs.

· Flexible with working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
