Window Salesperson

Trade Recruit is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a fast-growing and reputable window installation company, for an experienced and driven Window Salesperson to join their expanding team.

Role Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join a growing business within the home improvement sector. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing client accounts, and providing tailored window solutions to meet customer requirements and budgets.

You will play a key role in driving company growth by delivering strong sales performance and exceptional customer service from initial enquiry through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of client accounts
• Conduct customer meetings to assess requirements and provide accurate quotations
• Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the full sales process
• Maintain strong knowledge of the company’s window and product range
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and installation scheduling

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales role (window, door, or home improvement sales experience highly desirable)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-focused
• Ability to manage your own workload and pipeline effectively
• Full UK driving licence preferred

What’s on Offer

• Basic salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum
• Uncapped commission structure:
• 7% on monthly sales up to £50,000
• 10% on monthly sales exceeding £50,000
